At Mustard we love MK with a passion and after 5 years in our current MK location, Mustard is on the move. On #LoveMK Day, the 28th April 2022, our team opened the doors and welcomed customers into our brand new office in the heart of the town at Margaret Powell House, Midsummer Blvd.

Post pandemic we all appreciate meeting face-to-face again and our new Mustard office has been designed as an inviting space to pop in to any time for some property advice, whether you’re thinking of buying, selling or renting – or if you just want to chat about property over a coffee.

You can still book a private meeting with one of our experts but we’ll be just as happy to see you for a spur of the minute chat. Our location may be different but our goal remains the same – to answer all of your property questions and take the hassle out of your home move.

Milton Keynes celebrated in the press

You don’t have to tell us that Milton Keynes is diverse, vibrant, and ever changing and we’re delighted to share the news that the town has a new claim to fame. A recent study for The Times newspaper revealed that MK is home to the best suburb in Britain for the under-40s. Land Registry data from February 2022 shows that the Emerson Valley in MK4 is the most popular postcode with younger buyers looking for a family friendly area which is also commutable to London. More than eight out of ten buyers in 2021 were under 40, almost double the number of five years ago. Nearby MK suburb Monkston also features in the top ten of places to buy in the UK for the under-40s.

We are all waiting expectantly to find out whether MK wins their bid to achieve city status as part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations, but whatever happens the popularity of this great town is headed in one clear direction.
